Penelope Bourbon was born out of love and celebration. In 2018, Mike Paladini and his wife, Kerry, discovered they were expecting a baby girl, Penelope. To commemorate this joyous occasion, Mike sought to create a spirit that encapsulated the daily joys of life’s pleasures—both big and small. Partnering with childhood friend Danny Polise, they embarked on a journey to craft a Straight Bourbon Whiskey that everyone could appreciate.
Today, Penelope Bourbon is celebrated across the United States and in three countries, proving that with love, care, and hard work, anything is possible.
